RIHANNA testified at trial OF CHRIS BROWN

In the case between Rihanna to Chris Brown, counsel for both parties were summoned to the court last week. Defending Chris Brown has requested an investigation into leaks from the police, which was rejected by the judge. At this meeting it was decided that the singer will be called to testify to the facts of 8 February. 

Rihanna is called as a witness at the preliminary hearing, scheduled for 22 June. The purpose of this hearing is to determine whether there is evidence to pursue legal action against Chris Brown. Police and investigators will also be heard. The R'n'B singer could incur a penalty of up to five years in prison.
