On Monday, Johnny Hallyday has been admitted to a hospital in Los Angeles. It is currently under observation for possible infection following the intervention suffered a herniated disc. The French artist is kept at rest on antibiotics and his days are not in danger.

Johnny Hallyday had visited the United States on 1 December, just four days after surgery in Paris for his herniated disc. He had made the trip against the advice of doctors.
